After verifying your military status online, active-duty military, reservists and veterans get a 10% discount on costumes, props and decorations year-round at Wholesale Party Supplies & Halloween Costumes.
At Spencer's, you can find a variety of Halloween costumes, wigs, masks, T-shirts, accessories and decorations. Find a store near you and get a 10% military discount.
Shindigz has a great selection of costumes for kids, families and pets, as well as accessories, decorations and party supplies. Active-duty and retired military get a special 20% military discount online. (Orders must be placed under the service member's name.)
Decorations
Find Halloween pillows, candleholders, wine glasses, wreaths and more at Pier 1, where active-duty and retired military and their families get 10% off. The discount is offered in-store only and is valid for regular-priced and sale merchandise, but not clearance.
Kirkland's also has a great selection of seasonal decor for Halloween. Active-duty and retired military personnel can get a 10% discount on all in-store purchases. Make sure you have your military ID to present at checkout.
Pottery Barn's Halloween shop includes decorative pumpkins, items for entertaining, and indoor and outdoor decor. Active-duty and retired military and their families get a 15% discount on in-store purchases.

Craft Stores
Michaels, JOANN Fabric and Craft Stores and A.C. Moore all have Halloween crafting and baking items, party supplies and decor. And all three stores offer 15% in-store military discounts.
Home Improvement Stores
You can also find Halloween-themed decorations like inflatables, projectors and wreaths at home improvement stores Home Depot and Lowe's. Both offer military discounts.
