Beginning February 1, TRICARE beneficiaries must pay the generic co-pay for over-the-counter (OTC) drugs. OTC coverage is now a permanent part of the TRICARE pharmacy program. Beneficiaries still need a prescription from their doctor for the OTC medication. For a list of covered OTC drugs, please click here.
