Milinda has more than 10 years of facilitation and curriculum design experience. She is certified in Creative Training Techniques I and II, Shipley Four Lenses Personality Assessment Instructor Training, and Executive Skills and Leadership Development and Execution Training.

She has received numerous awards for her service to the military community and the Marine Corps, including numerous Presidential Volunteer Service Awards. Her most notable award is a Commendation for Meritorious Service she received from Headquarters Marine Corps in 2008. Milinda is the primary facilitator for the LIVE Job Readiness training classes.
