Jo Weech has served to transition military, veterans, and spouses through MOAA, transition assistance programs, Federal Job Results, and other transition services. She has two children who are serving in the Army and Air Force until they retire.

Her network of recruiters and HR personnel helps her keep a pulse on what is trending in cybersecurity and in tech companies, primarily companies that are contracted to serve federal government agencies. Her clients included service-disabled, veteran-owned companies.
