Congratulations to our 2016 Levels of Excellence (LOE) Award winners! These awards signify the very best council and chapter affiliates in our organization. We received 176 submissions, with 125 receiving five-star honors and 41 receiving four-star honors. Most notable from this year’s packets were the improved quality of the submissions and the marked increase in community engagement at the chapter level. Annie Brock, president of the Susquehanna (Md.) Chapter, has started a MOAA councils and chapters LinkedIn page for use by council and chapter leaders only. Note: This is not a national MOAA site. This site was personally created by Annie to fill the void of MOAA Connect. She has put a lot of work into its development.
