Although we have no biographical information on Angela Rallo Bellini, her son, LTJG Victor Bellini, USN (Ret.), sent payments from his pension every month to the MOAA Scholarship Fund to establish the “Angela Rallo Bellini Designated Scholarship” in her memory.

He requested his mother’s full name always be used, suggesting a great respect for the Rallo side of the family.
