Tiffany Campion currently works as a Federal Proposal Specialist with Gilbane Building Company. She is responsible for developing and managing proposal efforts for IDIQ and stand-alone construction projects. Gilbane’s federal clients include NAVFAC, USACE, AFCEC, USCG, Department of Energy, and Department of Homeland Security. She has previously worked in wing-level Public Affairs and MAJCOM-level Manpower, Personnel, and Training positions.

Campion has taken an active role in advocating for the Military Spouse Hiring Act (H.R. 1277/S.596) and is a member of the Gilbane Building Company Military Advantage Employee Resource Group. She is the former Marketing Lead for the Cannon AFB Hiring Our Heroes Military Spouse Professional Network and a former member of the Fort Bragg Hiring Our Heroes Military Spouse Professional Network.

Campion graduated cum laude from Missouri State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. She is currently pursuing her Foundation-level Certification with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.

She is a native of Peoria, Ill., and is the proud spouse of an active duty Air Force aviator.
