Tiffany Campion works as a senior proposal specialist with Gilbane Building Company in its federal division and holds a Foundation-level certification with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. She is responsible for developing and managing proposal efforts for IDIQ and stand-alone construction projects. Gilbane’s federal clients include Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, the Army Corps of Engineers, the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, the Coast Guard, and the departments of Energy and Homeland Security. She has previously worked in wing-level public affairs and major command-level manpower, personnel, and training positions.

Campion has taken an active role in advocating for the Military Spouse Hiring Act and is the Federal Division co-leader for the Gilbane Building Company Military Advantage Employee Resource Group. She is also the former marketing lead for the Hiring Our Heroes Military Spouse Professional Network at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., and a former member of the Fort Bragg Hiring Our Heroes Military Spouse Professional Network.

Campion graduated cum laude from Missouri State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. She is a native of Peoria, Ill., and the proud spouse of an active-duty Air Force aviator.
