Kelly Cody is an active-duty Navy spouse currently residing in Virginia. Kelly has been a supportive military spouse for 17 years while her husband has served and deployed on numerous combat deployments. Kelly has been involved in different military spouse support groups and became passionate about supporting military families when her twins were born 3 months premature while her husband was deployed. She was beyond grateful for her military community that provided all types of support. 

Kelly was born and raised in Colorado, played Division 1 Soccer at the University of Nebraska while she earned her bachelor's degree in journalism. She currently is a publisher of a magazine in Virginia Beach and is a proud, busy mom of twins. She volunteers as a youth soccer coach, is involved as an Ambassador for the March of Dimes and is an advocate for Type 1 Diabetes.
