Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Chastine is a graduate of The Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University.
Prior to being a full-time mom and Army spouse, she had the privilege of working on Capitol Hill learning everything she could about legislative and government affairs, specifically regarding military, defense, and foreign affairs. She also worked for a boutique public relations firm.
She currently serves as the Community Outreach Chair for the North Country Spouses’ Club at Fort Drum, NY and has previously been the Public Relations Chair from 2015-2023 for three Army Spouses’ Clubs. She also serves as a board member for the D.C. based military related non-profit- Luke’s Wings.
She has been awarded Soldier and Family Readiness Group awards for volunteerism and leadership and most recently has been nominated for Volunteer of the Quarter and Volunteer of the Year at their current military installation.
In her free time, Chastine loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends. She is married to an Army Infantry Officer and they have two wonderful children. She loves the Army life and being a part of a mission that is bigger than herself.
