Beth Conlin is the Senior Advisor for Careers with Blue Star Families. An Army Spouse coming up on her seventh move in 10 years, she has first-hand experience with the challenges surrounding military spouse employment. 

After an overseas PCS forced her to quit her job in 2013, she completely transformed her career to work on this issue and has been doing so ever since. Recognized as a subject-matter expert, she has contributed to panel discussions, authored op-eds, and been called on to support various members of Congress with military spouse initiatives.

Supporting military spouse employment is supporting our military families which is why she joined MOAA and became an Advisory Council member, so she could support this population more holistically.
