Capt. Molly C. Rutledge, USPHS, is a graduate of the University of Kansas, Emporia State University, and the U.S. Naval War College. She entered active duty in the U.S. Public Health service in 2012.
She has served 11 years on active duty as a speech-language pathologist for the Indian Health Service. Her current assignment remains with the Indian Health Service, where she supports an inpatient pediatric ward with service delivery to multiple pediatric units, including a Level 2 trauma center and two intensive care units. She is also the chief clinical consultant for rehabilitation services for the Indian Health Service with service as a coordinator, consultant, and advisor for all matters relating to the provision of rehabilitation services throughout the national Indian Health Service.
She is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and commits her off-duty time to supporting volunteer organizations that provide services to the active military and veterans community.
She has been a Life Member of MOAA since 2019.
