MOAA's biennial resolutions guide the board of directors and MOAA staff in their daily efforts to serve MOAA members. Any member may propose a resolution, which should address a legislative or management issue related to the missions and goals of MOAA. Proposed resolutions should not be wordy or legalistic, but rather express ideas clearly and concisely. The Resolutions Committee - appointed by the chair of MOAA's board of directors - will review all submissions. If the committee finds a proposed resolution to be relevant to MOAA's missions and goals, it will be structured to the desired format. All eligible members will vote on the resolutions through a ballot process.
Proposed resolutions must be received by March 14.
