The MOAA Fact Sheets were initially designed for use by MOAA Council and Chapter presidents, legislative chairmen, and as a reference for all Chapter members. Its purpose is to further develop and strengthen MOAA's legislative activities at every level as well as:
- Build effective state and local legislative programs;
- Increase legislative participation by all MOAA members; and
- Foster effective communications between MOAA Council and Chapter leaders and the MOAA national Government Relations Department.
